For those of you that don't even have Lion yet, you might start thinking about upgrading if your computer can run Lion....
Just remember, when upgrading to Lion, you may also need to upgrade some of your older applications.
Here are a couple I had to update.
1. Quicken 2006 to Quicken Essentials http://quicken.intuit.com/personal-fi...ftware.jsp
You can also buy it directly from the Mac App Store on your computer for the same price.
2. AppleWorks to iWork (this includes Keynote, Pages, Numbers)
You can buy these separately from the Mac Apple Store on your computer for $19.99 each and you can also download the trial version here: http://www.apple.com/iwork/
Also released today is "Messages" for Apple Computers running Lion...
This joins iChat with the new Messages which allows you to send iMessages to other computers, iPhones,
iPads and iPod Touches.... http://www.apple.com/macosx/mountain-...ages-beta/
The application, iChat, is deleted but the old iChat window and buddy list is still the same.
It is just now incorporated within the new "Messages" application...
